  • Sorry I don't have any pictures, BUT

I do have an awsome personality! I'm losing! A friend of mine is losing, so I'm losing with her. I'm still here in the middle east.....warriors. Life is losing....warriors. And I already told you why....warriors.

    So how's everyone?

Oh Robert, send me your digits over the to my email, yo. So we can talk.

Bing I'll call you after I get done with this post, and if my phone pin works.

    A Poem about Hilary Duff,

I saw you in a maxim awhile ago,

I see that changed your hair from blonde to brunette,

    You have a pretty face,

    You have average size boobs,

    But your still atractive,

But you seem to be single,

Why is it that someone like you seems single?

Why does it not make sense?

All I know is that life is short,

All you need is a man who can give you what can't be brought.

    That is Love,

    That is Life.

  • Still Chilling

In Iraq. I did a little more exploring today. I didn't see much, but it's nice to get out to see whats out here. It makes me apperiate this country more. Some people call this place a hell hole, but not I because it's not that bad. All the basic needs are met here. Food, Water, and a place to live. Life is bad when these conditions can't be met. The next time I'm off I'll be sure to get pictures of this place. Til then.

God Bless from the FRONTIERS OF FREEDOM.

    <a href="http://www.xanga.com/TheTheologiansCafe/590763775/contest-link.html"><img src="http://i9.tinypic.com/6bavfig.jpg"></a>

This is something that someone I had once subscribe to requested me to do. It's some kind of video contest.

Moving alone, I turned in laundry today. I played Volly Ball today. It sure was fun. I had a minor injury. I fell on my hip while trying to go for a dive. I feel better now, but it did feel akward at first.

I called my immediate family. I was a little sadden after realizing that I couldn't use the whole time that I was given to have a conversation with my parents. The time given is not more then half an hour, so yeah it's kind of sad. I tried calling my friends, but they were all busy with school, so I'm still going with the game plan of sending them letters. That is when I get my mailing address.

HEY GUYS READ HERE: There is a possible way to send letters for free. You just have to ask your post office about free mail for military members.

My long term goals right now are to:

    1. Work out
    2. Learn some mandern.
    3. Learn more about Johanna, Mai-lin, and maybe Michelle. And my friends.

    My short term goals are:

    1. To finish reading what I brought with me over here.
    2. Fix a cheap laptop I brought.
    3. To stop my nose from bleeding, This weather makes my nose bleed. I think my older brother has the same problem as well.

I think there is about 9 hours from home to here. I can only get on when I have time. I have a decent amount of time.

Well much friendship from the sandbox.

  • Farewell for a very long long time.

This is it. The last day of using the internet here at FT.Drum. I might update on xanga, while I'm down range if possible, but it doesn't seem likely. So to everyone:

Good Luck. So long and farewell for now.

  • Soon

My last weekend here. I'd say it went okay. I most of my free time afterwork moving my roommates stuff out of our room. He supposely had to move. After that I watched the some basketball games.

Saturday I hung out with my friend Luke. We went to the mall and checked out some of the stores. Then we watched the movie The Condemmed. It was alright. Afterwards we hung out at the mall a little longer. Next we bowling. I did a little worst then my average. I made a 92. Luke didn't do so well. Jamie scored really well. He's a friend of Luke who became a friend of mine. Then we watched the rockets and jazz game. Around the third quarter I figured the Rockets were gonna lose, so I went to bed. Luke and Jamie had left earlier. Then I heard a knock. Knock Knock Knock. I was thinking to my head, "Who could this be now." It turns out that the unit got a new soldier and since I happen to be the first room in the hall I got him as my roommate. He seems like a cool laid back kind of fella. I'll see if he is going to be my permant roomie or not. It doesn't really matter since I'll be going to play in the sand soon anyways.

Sunday Luke and I watched the Bulls sweep the Heat out of the NBA playoffs. The only thing I can say is that there will be a new NBA Championship team this year. So Luke and I went to mall to watch another movie again. This time we saw the movie Invisible. I thought it was alright. The thing that caught my attention was that there was a good-looking woman sitting a seat away from on my right. I didn't want to get involved in anything before going, so I didn't ask for any information out of her. For now I'll call her the good-looking stranger or GLS for short. Afterwards we went to Red Lobster and mingled for some time. After that Luke took me home, and I cleaned up my room while watching more NBA basketball. Right now the Mavs are leading the game by 4 pts. But the Warriors are winning the series 2 to 1. I think the Mavs are going to win this game tonight, so I didn't bother to the rest of the game.

Hey guys I'm going to call some of you later for your mailing address. I should have most of yall on my email, but I'll just in case.

Rachel - I'm sorry you got hurt at UH of you still kicked ass at bowling.

Robert - You are right. They are young, pretty, chinese women that I have found attractive.

There's something I realized, and its thanks to the GLS. I realized that not knowing by not asking is what causes me to hurt myself mentally. My institution told me that she was married, dating, or underage. But now I realized that I should have just asked her if she was any of these things. But I was so fixiated with going to Iraq and not wanting a relationship that I missed out on a chance to see if I had a chance. I guess an analogy for this is like receiving a pass from a teammate and not shooting. Instead I just pass the ball to someone else. I don't know if I could have made the shot, because I didn't try. I need to try, but I'm a slow guy.

UPDATE: The warriors beat the MAVs and now lead the series 3 to 1. All I can say is that if the Mavs lose the series then Dirk can kiss his chance of winning the MVP goodbye this year. The Warriors have proven that they can beat the MAVs on the road and at their own court. Sadly it seems like the MAVs are gonna get knocked out. But I really want is the Rockets to make it to finals and hopefully win the NBA Championship.

  • So many things to talk about

Well because of my short term memory I didn't remember much of what I wanted to say, but I'll try to recall what I wanted to put down.

I just got back from block leave.

Block Leave was really busy for me. I hung out with my close friends Huy, Michael, Duy. My other friend Danny is a trusted friend, but not quite close yet. I didn't hang with any of the Troungs. One was in Austin, and the other two were busy. Also I didn't get a chance to hang out with Jeffery or Greg, but it's ok. I enjoyed myself down south. I mean who wouldn't? I had to drive so long and far just to get home. I was just so glad to be back. The first week of leave started out slow.

On Sunday I went to my grandma's grave and went to pay my respects to her along with most of the family.

On Monday to like Thurday I think I hung out with my 5 year old cousin Andy. He's a good kid. On Tuesday of that week I went out with Huy and Michael to BW3 to get some spicy wings. Man I never grow tired of that place. On Thursday my sister went home to Virginia with her son Kai. I forgot what I did on Friday. On Saturday I went bowling with Huy and Michael. I won like 3 games out of 4 while Michael won one and Huy won none. After that we went to play House of the Dead 4. I think we spent like 25 dollars to beat that game, but that was because we sucked. On that same night I went over to Rachel's house, and we went bowling. I won like 2 games out of alot of games. I sucked, but I didn't care.

The second week of block leave was more productive. I forgot what I did on Sunday. On Monday My brother Van, Michael, and myself went to the Rocket's game. Man if you could have recored me, I was screaming everytime. I was either screaming LETS ROCKETS LET GO, CHARGE, DE-FENCE, BATTIER, or some other stuff that I happen to forget. I didn't get any freebies, but I don't care because my team won against the Phonix Suns. That win was remarkable, because it seems to me that Rockets never win against the Suns. I forgot what I did on Tuesday. I think Huy and myself were going to a nearby Vietnamse Restaraunt. I love getting the Pho Bo Vien. It's noodles with meatballs. On Wenesday I helped my Dad replace the gutter at his old restaraunt. That wonderful little job took 5 hours. On Thursday I spent the day getting the car wash, chaning my mother's tires on her car. By that I mean I had to drive to her restaraunt to get her car and drive back home to get the tires. And then take the car to a discount tires to get wheels mounted. And then drive back to drop off her car. On that evening I ate dinner with my brother Steve, my cousin Rachel, her boyfriend Michael, my close friends, and my trusted friend. We went to go eat at Cheddars. It was good. Afterwards we went bowling. It was fun. My team won the first game and lost the other two. I didn't realize that my opponents were not beginners. Also my cousin Rachel was just wicked sick that last game. On friday my close friends took me to the airport and I said my farewells.

Some other stuff I forgot to mention. I took my cousin Andy out to feed the ducks everytime he came over. I brought him a cheap kite also.

I hung out a little bit with my uncle Bruce.

I will come back in February for block leave from Iraq, but I heard that the tour is going to be longer, so instead of 12 months it could possible be 15 to 18 months instead. So I should have a 1 or 2 post on xanga before I take a long break from xanga. I'm going to keep a journal of every day activities in Iraq. And when I have time I'll be sure to put it on here. Well atleast there will be one more post before I head out to the sand box.

Does that girl in the white skirt look like Joanna? Tell me I'm not crazy. If anyone can tell me what these names mean to me that I'll give you an E-card. Jennifer Yu, Johanna Yu, and Taylor Lew.
